Palm Springs Yellow Door

I became fascinated by the American West after visiting Los Angeles. Palm Springs in particular, the iconic Californian town characterised by mid-century architecture, immaculate lawns, and picture-perfect pools, drew me in. Southern California is worlds apart from the English countryside I grew up in, perhaps that is why I find it so interesting. I have enjoyed focusing on the mid-century modern sensibilities of this town, hopefully capturing a sense of what it is like to stand outside these lavish pastel homes under the Californian sun.
